Join us for The Wellness Edit — a morning of movement, recovery, self-care and some of our favourite local wellness experiences, all brought together in one place.

Your ticket includes:

PARKSIDE PILATES
A Mat Pilates class to kick off the morning.

FLOW STATE — A WATERFRONT NORDIC SPA EXPERIENCE
Take in the waterfront setting while moving between hot + cold with access to Flow State's sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge experience. 

SPORTS MEDICINE PHYSIOTHERAPY
Injury screenings + quick chiropractic adjustments.

SYDNEY ROGERS
RMT mini treatments.

FLOW & FIRE
Lymphatic facial mini treatments.

ROSE CITY ROOTS
A fresh, full-size juice.

THE RECOVERY STATION
Relax, recover and try a selection of recovery tools including red light therapy masks, leg compression + more.

ALOHA JEWELS
Permanent jewelry will be available on-site for anyone who wants a little something extra. (Additional purchase.)

One ticket gives you access to the full Wellness Edit experience — Pilates, hot + cold therapy, wellness treatments, recovery experiences and your juice are all included.

Please bring a bathing suit (or active wear), towel and anything you need to comfortably enjoy the sauna + hot tub + cold plunge.

Mats & water will be provided

Mini treatments and wellness experiences will take place throughout the event and may be offered on a first-come or scheduled basis. Permanent jewelry is not included in the ticket price.

RAIN OR SHINE

The Wellness Edit will take place rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable; however, if you’re unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another guest.

In the event of severe weather or conditions that make the event unsafe to operate, guests will be contacted directly with further information.
